Description
Milk receiving system with 3 insulated vertical tanks (15,000 lit each) and 7 insulated milk storage tanks (HORIZONTAL) 4 of the AHLBORN company (11,000 lit each) and 3 of the PIER GUERIN company (10,000 lit each) with electrical panels and air valve system for tank change in case the tank is full, stirring system as well as the possibility of connection with C.I.P for cleaning the tanks.
PROCEDURE FOLLOWED:
The milk received from the trucks passes through the 2 milk meters and is then led to the 2 ALFA LAVAL coolers 10,000 lit/h each (TYPE: P45-RCF and TYPE: A10-RCF), which are connected to a cooling unit that will freeze the milk so it can be stored in the storage silos.
